Wings Aeromedical Service currently manages over 3,000 cases per year, resulting in over 1,000 escorted commercial repatriations and over 200 air ambulance repatriations per year. As an assistance company Alert Assistance-Wings offers 24-hour medical help through our emergency telephone lines. Our dedicated team of multi-lingual Doctors, Nurses and Operations Co-ordinators have many years experience in arranging repatriation.

We will:

  • Discuss the patient's medical condition and requirements for repatriation directly with the local treating doctor
  • Organise all Air Ambulance or Commercial Flights, depending on the medical requirements of the patient
  • Arrange all Road Ambulance sections of the journey home
  • Organise for re-admission to a hospital near the patient's home, should this be required
  • Advise the family doctor of the patient's medical condition and repatriation arrangements
